After the huge success of Turner’s Grill at the Copthorne Hotel Slough Windsor, Brian Turner has opened in the Copthorne Hotel Birmingham. The partnership between the Millennium and Copthorne hotel group and Brian Turner is beginning to move rapidly.
The Turner’s Grill in Birmingham opened within the hotel on 3rd July 2006 offering guests superb British cooking that celebrity chef Brian Turner is known for worldwide. Dishes are created using local produce where possible but always British ingredients and include such favourites as Yorkshire fish cakes and chips, banger’s and mash and of course 30 day mature British beef steaks.
The Copthorne Hotel Birmingham is located in the heart of Birmingham overlooking Centenary Square and superbly located close to shops, leisure attractions and the central business district of the City.
