Celebrity chefs turned out in force last night to celebrate the launch of Brian Turner’s Amber Ale.

Antonio Carluccio and Ainsley Harriot arrived, along with Thornbridge brewer Kelly Ryan to support Brian with the launch of his first cask beer.

Brian Turner’s Amber Ale (4.2% abv) is a bronzed, amber coloured ale with tastes of honey and caramel with a smooth, dry toast finish. It has been has been developed in partnership with the award winning Thornbridge Brewery in Bakewell, Derbyshire.
The beer is a great match for the succulence of meat in a steak and ale pie.

Brian said “The launch of Amber Ale is a return to my roots. Tonight is a culmination of many hours of discussion about beers that are fantastic with food with the launch of Amber Ale- the first of four beers that I plan to launch with Thornbridge over the next 12 months.”

The Amber Ale has been launched with Mitchells & Butlers and will be available in Nicholsons and Classics for the full 3 month winter programme
